RETURN POLICY
We are so positive that you will enjoy our products, however please let us know if for some reason if we did not earn your satisfaction.
We value our customers and we’ll try everything possible to earn your business. If you’re unhappy with a certain product, you can write us about the specific order within 10 days after the date it was shipped.
In most cased, we can issue a refund or replacement. You may be asked to contact support@truev.co and submit an image describing the issue. If returning products back to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is received and inspected. Returns and statements of a full refund can take up to 20 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when the refund is processed.
Damages If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team at support@truev.co to further assist you. True V LLC is not liable for lost or damaged shipments. Please make sure to take photos and save damaged goods & all packaging material, in order to file a claim with the shipment carrier.
